Sending fragile goods can be difficult. But, by sending via pallet you can often free yourself of some of the restrction placed on you by other courier methods. However, there are some rules and guidelines that need to be followed when sending your fragile or high calue goods via pallet.
When being sent via out pallet network, the following items will not be insured for damage, but they can be insured for loss. They must be packaged in line with our pallet packaging guidelines.
We would also advise that when sengin high value goods, that the package is covered as to hide the contents inside. This can be done via black shrink wrap or other materials.
